I thought I would share some of my favorite products sold on QVC, after the wonderful year I have had shopping as well as promoting StriVectin. :)

It Cosmetics- HELLO LASHES. OK, so I have been using and depending on It Cosmetic’s Bye Bye Under Eye anti-aging concealer in medium for a couple of years now. But now, I am a fan of their new mascara, HELLO LASHES! First the plumping/thickening formulation performs like a dream, but it gets better. The comfortable rubber grip handle and unique “ball at the end” wand make for an ideal application experience. I noticed those rebellious lashes growing in opposite directions in my early 40’s, (Yes, even our lashes age!) and I find that this product remedies all my lash concerns. Thank you, Jamie!

GRACE by Philosophy. Thanks to beautiful Mari Lyn’s description of the Grace fragrance by Philosophy, I picked up the phone, called QVC Customer Service and ordered it Auto Delivery! This “clean sheets in the morning” scent is so hypnotic, the Amtrak train conductor made a point of telling me so while I journeyed home from QVC to NYC! Thank you, Mari Lyn. Thank you, Philosophy!

FIRST AID BEAUTY ULTRA REPAIR CREAM. Every so often you come across a brand that just knows how to “do it right.” This treatment cream was developed to hydrate and relieve parched, irritated, itching skin due to eczema and other conditions. After it resolved my winter redness caused by the outside cold and inside heat, I could not stop using it. It just feels too good on my skin. Brava, Lilli!

PINK GEL COAT by Perfect Formula. I hate getting manicures. I just do. To sit there and then ruin the work performed because I never let those drying machines do their job, makes me cranky. I also find that most polishes dry and strip my nails, leaving them very thin and fragile. Well, thanks to this wonderful, winning formula, I am able to give myself a manicure just minutes before heading to the QVC set. Now, I always sport pretty, pink, healthy nails as the camera zooms in for my StriVectin product demonstrations. Thank you, Shari!

Meg’s Drugstore Tips!

Hey ladies and gents, I thought it would be great fun to share my drugstore “finds” with you all. Enjoy. 

Cover Girl lashblastvolume, (all one word, lower case) in a bright, fat, orange tube. This mascara is great for approving the appearance of those thinning lashes that seem to grow in opposite directions. (Ah, the aging process can be so cruel!)

Dr. Woods Pure Peppermint Castile Soap. I use this as my new facial cleanser. Peppermint makes me feel so clean and alive and "matches" the yummy peppermint extract in my StriVectin-SD! (Oh, and 32 fluid ounces cost me roughly $10 at Duane Reed. What a bargain!)

LOREAL Ever Pure Sulfate Free Color Care System, (shampoo and conditioner.) So, when you color those grays your hair really dries out over time and loses its luster and bounce. This dynamic duo really takes care of that huge concern and the price is just right. (Also, the lathering and aroma experience is delightful.)

The Shirt! I love this story. It adheres to that delicate skin under the eyes to conceal without the cakey look we all complain about with inferior products. It also is a great spot treatment for around the nose, lips and neutralizes the look of blemishes and scars. You can almost use this as a portable foundation when in a jam. Again, a little goes a long way.

Red Point Transformative Dual Foundation and HydraBoost Firming Powder, Medium! Finally a sheer foundation with two custom blendable shades that melt in to skin perfectly while feeling cool to the touch. Just use a foundation brush to create the perfect shade for your skin, using your wrist like an artist’s palette. Then apply the result only where your face needs it, (around the eyes, nose and on the T-zone.) The second powder step completes this flawless look and of course is not too white or yellow. Apparently both steps have added age defying, moisturizing ingredients for more mature skin. (That is why the combination does not advertise lines and wrinkles or sit on the face like a heavy mask.)
